Can I have diabetes? Please help?

I have had many UTIs with no pain, I hope for your sake it is something like that. You should see a doctor - they can do a culture test on your urine and a blood test to check your blood glucose levels. It's important to go either way because UTIs can become nasty quickly and diabetes is not something you should leave unnattended.
