Did you ever fall prey to the vitamin trade?

I doused myself with Ester C, Vit.E, Cal-Mag, not too mention all the herbs etc. daily. I saw this doctor on the tube who said, "You're part of a scam. You don't need all that much." Pee gigantic yellow? I peed psychedelic yellow for years. It was all going down the can. I must admit all I do now is juice and eat salad and protein. I backed off and concentrate on organics and feel so much better. No more stress on the kidneys. Guess I got sold out?
