Who i am and who i see in the mirror?

douse any one elce feel like this? who i am and who i see in the mirror are like 2 different people, i feel good on the inside but when i look in the mirror its like all my confidence and everything gets broken down, and something hits me and don't know what it is, like my self ingage is way off or somthing, has anyone ever felt this be for? why am i feeling like that when i look in mirror?
