Why do guys go for the girl with all the make up?

OK before you freak out ! I KNOW that not all guys do that but still... I have a friend that douses down everywhere she goes in make up, looks twice her age, and sometimes dresses skimpy. She gets ALL the guys. Maybe its just the easy thing...(she doesnt do relationships ; only occaisonal dates and flirting) but i mean we can be just out and it can be guys she doesnt even know and shes getting approached, greeted, etc and im like o_0 . i dont wear that much make up, i dress comfortable yet stylish but im not a nun...lmaoo i show my skin cuz its beautiful ! And im really nice and try to be as approachable as possible. Im also confident. Whats going on ?! Haha
